I started with Denne Joinery back in 1997 as an apprentice for 3 years. I then worked as a bench-joiner for 7 years before moving into a shop floor supervisory role which I held for a further 6 years. During that time, I showed that I had the capabilities to transition into a management role and took up a vacant position of production manager where my role is prioritising the workload, ensuring that a high-quality product is produced and delivered on time, whilst liaising with our contracts team, suppliers & customers.

When I’m not working, I can be found in the local pub with a pint in my hand reminiscing about my football days.
