This high quality 26-week project was over 110,500 sq.ft. Bespoke joinery included a reception desk, reception storage, planters, business centres, cabins, coffee points, corridor benches, coffee bars, metal screens, toilet areas, island units, modular shelving, brand walls, I.T build rooms, whiteboard walls, laminated wall panelling and upholstered tiered and circular seating. Effective collaboration enabled front-end design resource to accelerate from Stage-3 to Stage-4 design including bi-weekly site meetings to define and approve samples, finishes, mock up’s, design features and detailing.
