The Denne Way – The Joinery Journey
At Denne Joinery, we take great pride in our ability to take customers throughout the entire experience of our projects – from the early design process right the way through to the final day on site – it’s what makes us a unique force in the bespoke joinery industry. We call this The Denne Way.
It’s not just about delivering high-quality projects with our decades of expertise, but it’s also about ensuring our customers see everything we do throughout the joinery journey. From inception to handover, customers are as much a part of the project as we are. The Denne Way is about transparency and bringing customers on the journey with us. We tell them what we’re doing, how we’re doing it and when we’re doing it.
Part of The Denne Way is offering services that no other commercial joiner is offering, including tours of our visualisation room and workshop, which customers never usually get to see first-hand. Denne Joinery Director Ross Parker has been instrumental in building those bridges between operational, commercial and customer aspects of the business. Customers get to see the dedication behind each piece and the heart that goes into each project. It’s what sets us apart. We show them how bespoke and manual the process can be – the key elements to enhance quality – and we know that this helps customers feel more connected to the project.
We also create sample boards which include all the materials we’ll use, giving customers a better understanding of the works and creating an opportunity to discuss changes up-front. Different stakeholders involved in the project come to our collaborative workshops to share their thoughts, addressing potential challenges before they arise. Our focus is always on process efficiency, customer satisfaction and quality.
Once the scope of the project is defined and all stakeholders are happy with the programme, we then drive it forwards. Our customers trust us to take full ownership, which sometimes means coordinating other teams or carrying tasks outside of our scope to ensure the successful completion of a project. At Denne Joinery, we believe that every day counts and we go above and beyond to meet the handover deadline, often doing so well in advance of the scheduled final day on site. It’s been the hard work of Denne Joinery Director Steve Hider that has ensured we are constantly improving operations and exceeding our customers’ expectations with each new project.
Sustainability is also at the heart of what we do. The benefits of our signature CNC footprints are two-fold, as this process reduces waste in the cutting process and saves material further down the line. We are committed to using responsible timber and low volatile organic compound (VOC) finishes for our bespoke joinery, helping our customers achieve not just their business goals but also meet their environmental requirements.
We do what we know works best while adapting to the unique challenges each project has. Our world-class workshop, highly experienced team and effective communication with customers are the key to creating exceptional interiors.
It’s the Denne Way. We move forward and deliver on a vision, together.
