Our collaboration with Morgan Lovell brought Wavestone’s workspace vision to life, blending functionality with style through meticulously crafted joinery, fixtures, and furniture. The dedication behind each piece added depth and character to their office fit-out, helping create a dynamic and flexible environment while staying on budget.

We provided a range of bespoke joinery, such as banquette seating areas, a tea-point island, seating pods, planters and phone booths for their office on Level 8. All these specialist joinery elements were finished with stone and wood-grain effects for a high-quality feel. The main stand-out piece was a custom horse-shoe coffee bar that was a true testament of our time-served craftsmen’s skills. Within only 3 weeks, all joinery was installed, and the workspace was ready to open its doors.

Due to the large size of the coffee bar, it was fundamental to work on a footprint template to ensure coordination across trades and get electricians and plumbers on the same page. Thanks to this approach, the installation of the bespoke joinery piece was very smooth. Our in-house joinery manufacturing team put exceptional work into these templates and made it easier for other stakeholders involved to carry out their responsibilities and reduced the likelihood of snags at handover.

Throughout the duration of the project, we coordinated closely with Morgan Lovell’s design and site teams to oversee progress and ensure joinery elements were delivered on time and to a high standard. As usual, good organisation was key to staying on the front foot and doing what we know works best in the commercial joinery industry. Our focus on process efficiency resulted in successful completion and a very satisfied customer.
