BT opened their new 320,000 square foot, 18-storey, global headquarters in Aldgate, London as part of its Better Workplace programme – the largest workplace improvement programme and consolidation scheme of its type ever undertaken in the UK. More than an office to its 3,500 staff based there, it’s a home from home fuelling innovation, and promotes a move away from fixed cellular offices by creating agile workspaces and floors for socialising, and quieter spaces. It also includes a Customer Showcase which focuses on the customer and colleague experience discovering BT’s technology. A true transformation of the office environment.
