Jason started this challenge following the death of a dear friend. Only last week he learnt of another good friend who was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer and will likely not survive another 12 months. This challenge has not been a physical one for Jason but more a challenge of time … but time he has been grateful to use and reflect on his blessings in life.
